The objective was to identify developers with high-value property inventory but critically weak digital presence — the exact gap that our Satellite Marketing Engine is built to fill — and pitch them a partnership model that generates exclusive foreign buyer leads.

Using advanced web scraping via Apify, semantic search analysis, and Brand24 social listening data, we aggregated a highly qualified list of 25 prime targets.
