Project Overview

A major property developer approached us with a severe conversion problem: their website was receiving traffic but generating zero qualified leads. We conducted a deep-dive technical and UX audit, discovering that the site was scoring just 11 out of 100 on our proprietary health scorecard due to broken funnels, missing meta tags, and severe brand visibility gaps. We did not just deliver a report. We built an 8-week renovation roadmap to transform the site from a leaky bucket into a high-converting lead generation machine.

The Audit Findings

Our audit used advanced tools including DataForSEO, Apify, and Brand24 to scrape the site and analyze competitor benchmarks.

The critical issues discovered were: 2 of 5 navigation links returning 404 errors, 4 of 5 blog posts containing placeholder Lorem Ipsum content, zero lead capture forms or conversion funnels anywhere on the site, missing meta descriptions on all pages, no schema markup for property listings, brand visibility score of zero across all social listening platforms, and 25 cornerstone pages entirely absent from the site.

Strategy and Execution

The renovation plan included fixing critical 404 errors and rebuilding the entire lead capture funnel, designing a user-first interface with clear calls-to-action, creating 25 missing cornerstone pages required for SEO authority, and implementing a responsive mobile-first frontend architecture.
